LATINAN provides comprehensive legal services to all immigrants that are seeking an immigration status within the United States. 

These Services Include the Following:

Adjustment of Status, Asylum Petitions, Family Petitions, Finance Petitions, FOIA Requests, Legal Referrals, H1B Visas, J1-Visas, Naturalization, O-Visas, Translation of Documents, T-Visas, U-Visas, USCIS Appointments, Waivers.

Legal Advocacy

LATINAN advocates for community education through “know your rights” classes, training, and advocacy. We strongly believe that education will empower our immigrant community.

LATINAN strives to connect clients to other forms of free or low-cost support groups, organizations, and programs. We understand that there are great need and demand to connect our community for adequate resources.
