i-589 Voice Driven Immigration Form Pilot

A breakdown of what happens when someone calls our service:

• Callers from anywhere in the US can dial (831)401-4589. They will immediately be connected to the form I-589 (other forms in the near future) filling service.

• The IVR will guide the applicant through the steps of completing the form. All inputs are voice driven.

• Once the applicant completes all the necessary steps, the system automatically converts all input fields to text (speech-to-text).

• All fields are then rendered onto the actual form I-589 PDF format, stored on the cloud and sent to LATINAN law staff for further processing.
